JLA Classified 50

I have a run of DC covers on the way for a 5-issue arc of JLA Classified (Issues 50-54, drawn by John Byrne), the first of which is pictured here. I spent some time on a background, but wasn't getting what I wanted. I wound up erasing it all, and DC and I agreed that the white looked good, so I threw in the lasso in the BG and called it a day. Sometimes keeping it simple is best.

I'll post the others as they are released for solicitation.

As always, thanks for stopping by.

The white definitely sets off the hair and gradation towards the bottom that I don't know if a background could. Your photoshop texturing is constantly inspiring, keep up the great work!

Love this new cover. The project that was put to sleep looked cool, too bad.

I can't wait to read this new JLA stuff, because I'm a big fan of John Byrne's work.

This was the one cover that really jumped out at me as I was persuing the DC solicitations. Beautiful piece and going with the white background was a great choice.

I always love watching those two characters struggle. I like the composition of their wrists.

Marvelous!Unlike some other comic artists you actually manage to make Wonder Woman look like a woman.
